Bradford Out 2 to 4 Weeks

Sam Bradford to miss 2-4 weeks due to injury: Injured Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford said Monday he hopes to be back on the field in 2-4 weeks and has ruled out surgery as an option to mend a third-degree separated shoulder in his throwing arm. "It feels a lot better," he said. "It's not nearly as painful as it was Saturday. "Hopefully it can keep progressing like this." For the Sooners, the timing couldn't be any better. OU plays Football Championship Subdivision school Idaho State this weekend, then unranked Tulsa at home, followed by a bye week. "Most people with these AC sprains have been 2-4 weeks in recovery," coach Bob Stoops said Monday evening. (The Oklahoman)
