Adrian Peterson Not Yet 100 Percent After Surgery

Adrian Peterson, who had sports hernia surgery in January, is able to run and cut, though Vikings coach Leslie Frazier said the running back isn't 100 percent yet.

"He's listening to what (trainer) Eric Sugarman and our doctors tell him to do," Frazier said. "It's early enough where he doesn't have to do all those things 100 percent yet. He's got to be smart."

Frazier said he hopes Peterson will be at the start of the team's offseason workouts April 22. Frazier said he wouldn't be concerned if the reigning NFL MVP weren't ready to go then, as long as Peterson is present for the Vikings' organized team activities in May. (Pioneer Press)
