Report: Deondre Clark Will Attend OU's Spring Game

Four-star Douglass defensive end Deondre Clark, who said he was no longer considering Oklahoma after former assistant coach Jackie Shipp was fired, appears to have softened his stance on the Sooners.

Clark will attend OU’s spring game April 13, his mother, Dorshell Clark, told The Oklahoman on Thursday.

Clark has lots of impressive scholarship offers from around the country, including offers from Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame, Texas A&M and USC.

Shipp, who had been on Oklahoma’s coaching staff since Bob Stoops was first hired in 1999, had a good relationship with Deondre Clark. When Shipp was let go, Clark seemed to have completely ruled OU out. (The Oklahoman)
