Blake Griffin got ejected for two technical fouls after he had two flagrant fouls committed against him. The game had gotten a little physical but the referees — led by Bill Kennedy — tried to do too much to gain control of a game that never really got out of control. That was especially true of the second incident (which you can see above) when Griffin got in a tussle with Golden State’s Andrew Bogut under the basket.

Thursday the league released this statement:

“After a league review of the Clippers-Warriors game, we have come to the conclusion that Blake Griffin should not have been ejected from the game. A common foul should have been called on Griffin for initially attempting to dislodge the Warriors’ Andrew Bogut and a technical foul should have been assessed to Bogut for grabbing Griffin by the shirt and wrestling with him.” (More at ProBasketballTalk.com)
