Four-star cornerback P.J. Mbanasor committed to the Sooners on Tuesday, becoming OU’s fifth commit for the 2015 class.
The former TCU commit announced his decision on Twitter, posting “Let’s gooooo! I’m done! #BlessedBoomer.”
He chose the Sooners over a final group that included six other schools—Florida, LSU, Michigan State, Nebraska, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
Mbanasor (6-foot-1, 180 pounds) is the second Hendrickson player to commit to the Sooners in as many years. Running back Samaje Perine committed to the Sooners in March 2013 and signed with the Sooners in February.
Mbanasor is the No. 232 player nationally according to Rivals.com and the No. 23 cornerback. (The Oklahoman)
