Frank Shannon, who was accused of sexually assaulting a female student at his off-campus apartment Jan. 20, is back with the football team and working out, Sooners coach Bob Stoops said Thursday during the Sooner Caravan stop in Tulsa.
Shannon’s future with the team has yet to be decided.
“It’s a process that’s still ongoing,” Stoops said. “That’s it.”
Prosecutors in Cleveland County declined to file charges in the incident, but Shannon also has to go through an appeals process at the school following a Title IX sexual misconduct allegation. (The Oklahoman)
