Joe Mixon could last another week or more, a Norman Police official said Wednesday.
“We are not closer to making an arrest,” Norman Police captain Todd Gibson told the Tulsa World in an e-mail. “and would anticipate having documentation to the Cleveland County District Attorney sometime late next week.”
In an e-mail to The Oklahoman, Gibson confirmed the Tulsa World report but said it could take even longer, calling the conclusion of the ongoing investigation “somewhat of a moving target.” (More at The Oklahoman)
