Joe Mixon's Accuser Appears in Court for Unrelated Case

While police continue to investigate the incident involving Oklahoma freshman running back Joe Mixon, his accuser is back in Oklahoma and appeared in court Wednesday.

Amelia Rae Molitor, 20, appeared in Cleveland County District Court in an unrelated case.

Molitor, an OU student, had been at home in Texas since shortly after the July 26 incident.

She reportedly underwent surgery in Texas due to injuries sustained in the incident.

A bench warrant was issued for Molitor on July 24 in an April 2013 charge of possession of hydrocodone, drug paraphernalia and possession of a false identification card.

Molitor's bench warrant was recalled with the appearance and further action in her case is scheduled for Aug. 26. (The Oklahoman)
