Police said they interviewed Amelia Molitor on Thursday and started consulting with the Cleveland County District Attorney's office on Friday.
Molitor was found at Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe around 2:30 a.m., on July 25 with broken bones in her face. She told police Mixon had punched her. (KOCO-TV)
