ESPN Personality: Titans Trade for DeMarco -- Best Offseason Move

ESPN's NFL insider John Clayton praised the Tennessee Titans' offseason trade for former Sooner DeMarco Murray on Monday from the annual NFL owners meetings in Florida.

Murray, the 2014 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, was dealt to Tennessee from Philadelphia earlier this month.

Clayton called the move "best move of the offseason."

"The Titans trading for DeMarco Murray I think is maybe the best move of the offseason in the NFL," Clayton said Monday morning from the NFL owners meetings. "The reason is he's an I-formation back, so now they'll put in an I-formation offense in with Marcus Mariota taking snaps from center and it will work out so much better for DeMarco, and for Mariota.
"Having a good running game makes things so much easier on Marcus, because now all of the pressure doesn't fall on him. It was a big move."
