Former Sooner Michael Winchester Killed in Shooting at Will Rogers World Airport

Southwest Airlines employee Michael Winchester, who was shot and killed today at Will Rogers Airport, was a former OU football player and father of Kansas City Chiefs deep snapper James Winchester.

Michael was a punter at OU from 1984-85. James Winchester's agent, Ken Sarnoff, confirmed it was James Winchester's father who was killed, according to Transcript sports writer John Shinn. (Norman Transcript)
