The terms of the agreement were not disclosed as the team hasn’t officially announced Motley's signing.
Motley, who wasn’t invited to league's February's league scouting combine, ran 4.47-40 at Oklahoma’s Pro Day. However, he performed poorly in vertical (30 in.), long jump (108 in.), bench press (12), and cone drills (7.2 seconds).
He played four seasons at Oklahoma, recording 41 total tackles, including six turnovers, five forced fumbles, and one interception in his senior season.
