Billups defeated from Oklahoma standout Trae Young, a favorite to win NBA H.O.R.S.E. Challenge.
Young, 21, playing from his Norman, Okla. home, took an early commanding lead putting three letters on Billups, the 2004 NBA Finals MVP, in the first-round of the televised competition on Sunday.
