Sherman scorer turned globe-trotting pro

Cameron Clark was born in Phoenix and played high school basketball in Sherman, Texas, before spending four seasons (2010–2014) at Oklahoma.

His senior year was his best. Clark averaged career highs of 15.6 points and 5.5 rebounds, led the team with 43.5 percent shooting from three-point range, and helped the Sooners go 23–10, finish second in the Big 12 and earn a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament. He finished as OU's 19th all-time leading scorer with 1,284 points and made third-team All-Big 12.

Clark went undrafted in 2014, played NBA Summer League with the Clippers and then the Bucks, and signed his first pro contract with Vanoli Cremona in Italy. His best season came in France in 2016–17 with Élan Chalon, when he won the LNB Pro A title, led the league in scoring and made the All-LNB Pro A first team. He has also played in Germany, Turkey and Israel, plus several stints as an import in the Philippine Basketball Association.

In August 2026 Converge brought Clark in as its import for the PBA Governors' Cup, replacing Jamaal Franklin. As of his most recent reported games, Clark was playing for Converge in the Philippines.
