Mark Bradley
2005 · Round 2 · Pick 39 · WR · Chicago Bears
Mark Bradley was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where his mother, Deborah Perry, raised him. He played receiver at Oklahoma, and Chicago drafted him in the second round, 39th overall, in 2005. A season-ending injury limited him to 18 catches as a rookie. In 2006 he filled in for the injured Bernard Berrian and later scored on a 75-yard catch against Green Bay. Chicago released him in 2008. He then played for Kansas City, where he threw a touchdown pass to quarterback Tyler Thigpen on a reverse, and later spent time with Tampa Bay and New Orleans. His NFL totals are 92 catches for 1,283 yards. Tidbit: his father, Danny Bradley, played for the Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions. Pro Football Reference has a player page for him (linked below), but its stats weren't pulled for this bio. The Oklahoman wrote on April 6, 2003: "After transferring from Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Mark Bradley spent last season on the scout team." An October 11, 2009 Oklahoman profile says: "Mark Bradley followed his father's footsteps to the University of Oklahoma, where he played for three seasons as a wide receiver."
