Two Pro Bowls at right tackle for the Cowboys and a place on the 1960s All-Decade Team

Ralph Neely was a two-way tackle at Oklahoma for Bud Wilkinson and Gomer Jones and a consensus All-American in 1964. He spent his entire 13-season NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys, from 1965 to 1977, playing 172 games.

As the Cowboys' right tackle he made the Pro Bowl after the 1967 and 1969 seasons, and he was an AP first-team All-Pro in 1967, 1968 and 1969. Later in his career Dallas moved him to guard and then to left tackle. According to Wikipedia, he never made another Pro Bowl or All-Pro team after the switch to left tackle, and team president Tex Schramm said Neely made the move for the good of the team.

He won two Super Bowls with Dallas, VI and XII, and was named to the NFL's 1960s All-Decade Team.
